Products will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class. Products are produced within 14 working days and then dispatched.
Please note that Standard Airmail does not include tracking if you require tracking on your parcel please be sure to select the International Tracked & Signed service upon checkout.
Delivery times for International parcels tend to average around two weeks but this can vary depending on holidays, postal disturbances and customs clearing.
Customs fees are the responsibility of the parcel recipient, should they be applied they are issued by the destination country and we are not able to provide an estimate of the cost.

To be eligible for a return or exchange items must be returned within 14 days of receiving them, unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Anything that’s made to your specific requirements, is personalised or otherwise can't be resold due to a bespoke element.
We ask that you contact us prior to returning your item at to let us know of the return and please include a note inside the parcel stating your order number, if you would like a refund or exchange, your name and email address so we can process your request quickly once the parcel arrives.
Return postage costs are to be paid by the buyer and are not included in the refund total, refunds will be made within 7 days after the item has been received and inspected.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us so please ensure that the packaging is sufficient and for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and you obtain (and keep safe) a proof of postage receipt.
Should an exchange have been requested and the item is out of stock a refund will be issued in it's place.
